When RAD construction required marketing material for their yet to be built suite of houses, they turned to 3D animation. It enabled them to sell off plan and to provide estate agents with visuals for the property description. In turn, this allowed the estate to be sold before construction took place.

I created accurate and to scale 3D models from plan and provided a series of print resolution images.
